Designed by boutique firm gh3, the building will feature three wings extending eastward of 10, 10 and seven storeys. It’s proposed for356 units with a mix of one, one-bedroom-den and two-bedroom layouts. 8,298 square feet of indoor amenity space will be included, along with 4,510 square feet of grade-level outdoor amenity space and a 3,950 square-foot rooftop terrace. An additional 5,123 square feet of community space is proposed for this building. Meanwhile, building B, on the site’s south portion will feature 165 rental units. The buildings will share an underground garage with 463 vehicle spaces and 522 bicycle spaces, as well as a large public green space between the two structures.
